Shipping guidelines

Shipping policy of The Green Treasure

At The Green Treasure S.L. we offer a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. All of our shipments are handled through Correos parcel service and its specific shipping methods, which are detailed below. This shipping policy includes the rates, delivery times, shipping zones and return policy in case of incorrect delivery.

Shipping options
We offer the following national parcel services:

  • Paq Premium: Fast and efficient service with delivery within 24 to 48 working days, ideal for urgent shipments. This service includes delivery to the front door, to Correos branches or to CityPaq. The maximum weight is 40 kg and the maximum dimensions are “length + height + width ā‰¤ 240 cm”.
  • Paq EstĆ”ndar: Delivery service within 48 to 72 working days, ideal for non-urgent shipments at the best possible rate. The maximum dimensions and maximum weight correspond to those of Paq Premium.
  • Paq Ligero: This option is intended for small parcels up to 2 kg, with maximum dimensions of 35 x 23 x 2 cm and delivery to the letterbox within 48 to 72 hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability and shipping method.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, dimensions and destination. Below are the basic rates:

  • Shipments within the peninsula:
    • Up to 1 kg: from ā‚¬ 2.70.
    • 1 kg to 2 kg: from ā‚¬ 2.85.
    • 2 kg to 3 kg: from ā‚¬ 2.99.
    • 5 kg to 10 kg: from ā‚¬ 4.27.
  • Shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Prices vary depending on parcel weight and destination, with rates starting at ā‚¬5.46 for shipments up to 1 kg.

Prices are exclusive of VAT or applicable indirect taxes. The Green Treasure S.L. reserves the right to adjust the shipping rates if the logistics provider changes its prices.

Shipping zones
We ship to the following zones:

  • Zone 1: Shipments within the same province.
  • Zone 2: Shipments to neighboring provinces.
  • Zone 3: Shipments within the peninsula, to Andorra and to more distant zones.
  • Zone 4: Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  • Zone 5: Shipments from the peninsula to the Canary Islands or from the Canary Islands to the peninsula.
  • Zone 6: Shipments between the Canary Islands.
  • Zone 7: Shipments to Portugal (mainland).
  • Zone 8: Shipments from the Balearic Islands to Portugal.

Delivery process
All consignments include two delivery attempts. If delivery is not made, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
We offer the option of tracking your shipment. After completing your order, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your parcel at any time.
If your parcel does not arrive, our customer service team is available to help you resolve any irregularities.

Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the selected service and destination.

  • For shipments within the peninsula, estimated delivery times are between 24 and 72 working days, depending on the service selected (Premium, EstĆ”ndar or Ligero).
  • For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delivery times may be extended to up to 5 working days.

International shipments
We offer international shipments via the Paq Light Internacional service, which is designed for light shipments. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Zone A (closer to Europe): delivery times of 2 to 5 working days.
  • Zone B (Rest of Europe): Delivery times of 5 to 8 working days.
  • Zone C (America): Delivery times of 10 to 15 working days, depending on the country.
  • Zone D (Asia, Middle East and Oceania): Delivery times of up to 20 working days.
  • Zone E (Africa and other countries): Delivery times of up to 20 working days.

Returns and refunds for non-delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered for any reason, it will be returned to The Green Treasure S.L.. In this case, we will contact you to solve the problem. Returns made for reasons beyond our control, such as incorrect addresses or non-acceptance of the parcel after several delivery attempts, will be subject to an additional redelivery charge.

Reimbursement of shipping costs
The shipping costs will only be reimbursed if there is an error on the part of The Green Treasure S.L. or the parcel service. In the case of returns due to a change of mind or an error by the customer, the customer bears the shipping costs.
