The Green Treasure Shipping Policy
At The Green Treasure S.L., we offer a variety of shipping options to suit the needs of our customers.
All our shipments are managed through the parcel service offered by Correos and its specific modalities, which are detailed below.
This shipping policy covers rates, delivery times, shipping zones and return conditions in case of non-delivery.
Shipping Options
We have the following parcel services nationwide:
Paq Premium: Fast and efficient service with delivery between 24 and 48 working hours, ideal for urgent shipments.
This service includes the option of home delivery, at post offices or at CityPaq.
Shipments have a maximum weight of up to 40 kg and the maximum dimensions allowed are ‘Length + Height + Width <= 240 cm’.
Standard Paq: Delivery service with delivery times between 48 and 72 working hours, designed for non-urgent shipments at the best possible rate.
The maximum dimensions are the same as in Paq Premium, with a maximum weight of up to 40 kg.
Paq Light: This option is designed for small packages weighing up to 2 kg, with maximum dimensions of 35 x 23 x 2 cm, and delivery to the mailbox within 48 to 72 hours.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the availability of the product and the characteristics of the shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary according to weight, dimensions and destination area.
The basic rates are shown below:
Shipments within the Peninsula:
Up to 1 kg: from 2,70 €.
From 1 kg to 2 kg: from 2,85 €.
From 2 kg to 3 kg: from 2,99 €.
From 5 kg to 10 kg: from 4,27 €.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: prices vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination area, with rates starting at €5.46 for shipments up to 1 kg.
Prices do not include VAT or applicable indirect taxes.
The Green Treasure S.L. reserves the right to modify shipping rates depending on price variations by the logistics provider.
Shipping Zones
We ship to the following zones:
Zone 1: Shipments within the same province.
Zone 2: Shipments to neighboring provinces.
Zone 3: Intra-peninsular shipments, Andorra and long distance areas.
Zone 4: Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Zone 5: Shipments from the Peninsula to the Canary Islands or from the Canary Islands to the Peninsula.
Zone 6: Shipments between Canary Islands.
Zone 7: Shipments to Portugal (Peninsula).
Zone 8: Shipments to Portugal from the Balearic Islands.
Delivery Process
All shipments include two delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be made, the package will be returned to the sender.
We offer tracking and tracing of each shipment.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number with which you can monitor the status of your package at all times.
If your shipment does not arrive at its destination, our customer service team will assist you in managing any incident.
Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the selected service and destination.
For shipments within the Peninsula, estimated delivery times are between 24 and 72 working hours, depending on the type of service (Premium, Standard or Light).
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delivery times may be extended up to 5 working days.
International Shipments
We ship internationally using the Paq Light International service, designed for light weight shipments.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
Zone A (Near Europe): Deliveries within 2 to 5 working days.
Zone B (Rest of Europe): Delivery within 5 to 8 working days.
Zone C (America): Delivery times from 10 to 15 working days, depending on the country.
Zone D (Asia, Middle East and Oceania): Delivery times up to 20 working days.
Zone E (Africa and other countries): Up to 20 working days.
Returns and Shipping Refunds
If for any reason the package is not delivered to the recipient, it will be returned to The Green Treasure S.L..
In this case, we will contact you to resolve the situation.
Returns for reasons beyond our control, such as an incorrect address or failure to receive the package after several attempts, will be subject to an additional reshipping fee.
Shipping Cost Refunds
Shipping costs will only be refunded if an error has been made by The Green Treasure S.L. or the parcel service.
In case of return due to a change of mind or customer error, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
